Certification
& Education

ANAA certification is not just an evaluation — it is a structured process of professional training, quality improvement, and alignment with advanced industry standards.

Our certified educators deliver on-site training and certification programs designed to elevate both individual professionals and entire salon teams.

How It Works

  • Application Submission
    Applicants select the certification direction:
    – Manicure + Gel Polish
    – Manicure + Nail Extensions
    – Manicure + Pedicure
    – Manicure + Nail Art Techniques

  • Pre-Evaluation & Standards Review
Before the training, ANAA provides a detailed overview of required standards, including:
    – technical quality
    – safety and sanitation protocols
    – workplace organization

  • On-Site Training & Certification
An ANAA Educator visits the salon and conducts:
    – hands-on training and technique refinement
    – correction of mistakes and professional guidance
    – real-time improvement of service quality

  • Evaluation Process
    Certification is based on:
    – technical precision and quality of work
    – correct execution of techniques
    – compliance with safety and sanitation standards
    – protection of the natural nail and surrounding skin
    – absence of trauma, over-filing, or damage
    – overall professional environment and workflow

  • Certification Outcome
    Upon successful completion:
    – official ANAA certificate is issued
    – participants receive detailed feedback and development recommendations

Safety & Technique Standards

  • A key focus of ANAA certification is safety.

  • We place special emphasis on techniques that:
    – preserve the integrity of the natural nail plate
    – protect the surrounding skin from cuts, trauma, and damage
    – eliminate aggressive or harmful working methods

  • Our educators identify and correct common mistakes that may lead to long-term damage, including:
    – improper material application
    – excessive filing or mechanical stress
    – incorrect structure and technique execution

  • The goal is to establish safe, controlled, and professional working standards across the industry.

What Makes ANAA Certification Different

  • • combines training and evaluation (not just inspection)
    • focuses on real skill improvement and safe technique execution
