All membership fees, certification fees, and educational payments are non-refundable.

• production of physical materials (pins, badges, etc.)

• portfolio and profile setup

By completing payment, the member agrees to this no-refund policy.

5. Education & Certification Disclaimer

ANAA provides professional training and certification programs.

However:

• ANAA certifications are not government-issued licenses

• they do not replace or override state licensing requirements

• they serve as recognition of professional development within the association

Participation in certification or training does not guarantee business success or professional outcomes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ANAA is not responsible for:

• the work performed by members

• any injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from services provided by members

• the application of techniques learned through ANAA programs

All professionals are solely responsible for their work, client safety, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

7. Content Usage & Rights

By applying for membership or participating in ANAA programs, you grant ANAA the right to:

• use, publish, and display your work (photos, videos, portfolio materials)

• promote your profile across ANAA platforms, website, and marketing materials

This is done for promotional and professional representation purposes.

8. International Participation

ANAA accepts members from all countries.

However:

• in-person education and certification programs are conducted within the United States

• availability of services may vary by location

9. External Platforms

Some educational programs may be hosted on third-party platforms.

ANAA is not responsible for:

• policies or operations of external websites

• pricing, content access, or user experience on those platforms

10. Termination

ANAA reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership in cases including:

• violation of professional standards

• unethical behavior

• misrepresentation of credentials

• actions damaging the reputation of the association

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
