they do not replace or override state licensing requirements

they serve as recognition of professional development within the association
Participation in certification or training does not guarantee business success or professional outcomes.

any injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from services provided by members

the application of techniques learned through ANAA programs
All professionals are solely responsible for their work, client safety, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
7. Content Usage & Rights
By applying for membership or participating in ANAA programs, you grant ANAA the right to:

use, publish, and display your work (photos, videos, portfolio materials)

promote your profile across ANAA platforms, website, and marketing materials
This is done for promotional and professional representation purposes.
8. International Participation
ANAA accepts members from all countries.
